Job Description

The Compliance Manager will report into the Senior Compliance Manager and be responsible for:

• Supporting the Senior Compliance Manager in compliance monitoring plan and compliance strategies including policies and procedures
• Supporting the Senior Compliance Manager in the preparation of clear and concise compliance reports and recommendations
• Working with key stakeholders to identify and assess risks and determine controls and resources to effectively manage them

The Successful Applicant

The Compliance Manager should have the following skills:

• Strong FCA compliance knowledge in a banking or investment firm
• Educated to degree level with professional qualification
• Compliance monitoring and advisory experience in an FCA regulated firm
• Experience within investment banking or an investment firm
