I'm on the lookout for a dynamic Hybrid Product Owner/Project Manager to spearhead my client's Small Applications team. This role sits at the heart of the product development team, requiring a hands-on approach to backlog management, roadmap definition, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring products to life by translating customer needs into actionable requirements, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and guiding our Scrum team towards delivering maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users and clients to understand their needs, translating these into product requirements.
• Define and refine the product roadmap, incorporating stakeholder input.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.
• Create detailed user stories and facilitate backlog refinement and team ceremonies.
• Serve as the point of contact for team queries and accept stories upon completion.
• Lead Show and Tell sessions, presenting to internal or external stakeholders.
• Utilise market research, customer journey maps, and empathy maps as necessary.

• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in analytical and wireframing tools.
• Experience in requirements capture using diverse tools and techniques.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner / Business Analyst within an Agile team.
• Skill in SQL and familiarity with the London Market (Lloyd's) are advantageous.
• Experience with digital products, including portals, APIs, and workflow capabilities.
