    Preferred Requirements:
    Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie within a management capacity
    Demonstrated expertise as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, preferably with experience in a 1 rosette or similar standard environment
    Possession of right to work in the UK and a valid driver's license with access to a car due to location
    Good knowledge of food safety regulations and a passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
    A natural mentor and supporter, eager to contribute to the growth and development of culinary talent through training and guidance


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Professional culinary qualifications or relevant certifications
    Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional dining experiences in upscale hospitality settings
    Additional certifications in culinary arts or management disciplines
