We're looking for a self-starting and creative marketing executive to join our small marketing team to shine a light on the good work that goes on in and outside the walls of our 75,000 sqft city designed for kids.

What You'll Do:

Primarily, your job is to be the 'roving reporter' around our mini-city set inside Westfield London in Shepherd's Bush.

We'd like you to be away from your desk engaging with visitors and staff capturing and posting content more than you are at your desk (which is located above the KidZania city itself in the sales & marketing office).


  • You'll be 'on the pulse' with the latest creative assets (film & photography) available for use and work in close collaboration with our In-House Designer to ensure brand clarity and consistency across our owned channels.
  • Feed into realtime marketing performance analysis so we can act upon data insights to continually refine activity plans.
  • Create compelling content in collaboration with the support of our Experience and Operations Teams and external film and photography talent, engaging children and 'grownups' during family days, corporate events, press trips and private hire events, showcasing our unique and purposeled experience and generally being a reliable pair of hands when exciting new developments take place.

Essential Criteria - What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role at executive/assistant level and within Attractions, Hospitality, Entertainment, Retail
  • A creative and digitally forward mindset. You embrace tech that makes work easier and fasttracks success.
  • A proactive and organised working style with the ability to work well as part of a team and drive individual projects forward.
  • Lots of energy and versatility. KidZania operates yearround, and things move and develop fast. We need someone hungry for "the new" and thrives in a dynamic environment where anything is possible.
  • A social media lover who loves serving online audiences with the latest and greatest news and updates from our unique city.
  • A content creator who captures memorable moments through videos and photos, and can quickly create engaging content for platforms like Insta Reels and TikTok.
  • In summary, you never really want to grow up or take yourself too seriously. You are motivated to have fun doing a job you are passionate about and that gets the positive response it deserves.

Desirable Skills:


  • Excellent influencing and people skills. Building strong relationships is at the heart of our business. Others are happy to help you, and you're known for your reciprocal clear and upbeat communication style.
  • Naturalborn marketer, ideally with experience in a fastpaced, directtoconsumer marketing role in a brand experience, hospitality, or leisure organisation.
  • Handson experience creating, scheduling, and optimising social media content across consumer and B2B platforms. You may not be a professional photographer, but you have an eye for great shots.
