The key duties for the Payroll Clerk are:

  • Managing payroll processing and distribution for all employees
- full end to end

  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies through data analysis and liaising with internal departments
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the payroll system
  • Assisting with audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems
  • Responding to employee enquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
  • Preparing payroll reports for management as required
  • Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Payroll professional should have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • A qualification in accounting or related field
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
