Description
Your Story
We are looking for a Land Manager to join our team in the North West region, based in our Chorley office. Story Homes are undergoing an exciting period of growth. We have secured a number of sites from the market and have several option sites which we are looking to bring forward in the short term. We are also looking to secure additional sites. This has created an opportunity within the business for an enthusiastic and detail orientated Land Manager to join the team.
This role will involve working collaboratively with a team of internal and external specialists across different disciplines to ensure that sites are delivered in line with programme and to the highest quality. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision and growth plans by managing a number of projects from inception through to planning consent and land acquisition. We are looking for someone with experience of securing sites and strong organisational and project management skills.
