The Tech Studio is a multidisciplinary department within Imagination Europe LTD supporting client teams to deliver major global projects every year for clients such as Ford, Major League Baseball and Visa.

In addition, the Studio runs a Labs programme focussed on technology innovation that this role will support.


Reporting into Technology Operations Director, we're looking for someone to Support the Technology Operations director with the ongoing running of the labs space, and labs initiatives, including testing & purchasing equipment, creating POs, checking budgets, organising internal work within the lab.


Detailed responsibilities:


  • Support the Technology Operations director with the ongoing running of the labs space, and labs initiatives, including testing & purchasing equipment, creating POs, checking budgets, and organising internal work within the lab.
  • Coordinate requests for Labs visits/tours inc all new starters, clients & new business
  • Manage payments & renewals for the Tech Studio budget.
  • Management access to password, and relevant software used by the Studio.
  • Liaise with IT on software & hardware requirements for the Studio.
  • Manage Edit Suit bookings.
  • Expenses for ongoing digital costs for the Studio & Lab.
  • Organising Technology Studio team catchups.
  • Organise Technology Studio team presentations.
  • Adhoc support tasks including arranging external meetings, supplier setup, and support with travel arrangements.

Experience and skills required:


  • Previous administrative experience
  • Ideally educated to degree level


  • Good computer skills

  • Google Suite, Microsoft Office packages, Work, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal sensitively and diplomatically with people at all levels, including clients.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines when necessary
  • Thorough attention to detail
