Responsibilities of a Year 5Teacher:
As a Year 5 Teacher youwill be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking theirfirst steps in Key Stage 2 promoting teamwork and cultivating aconducive learning environment.
Teaching the KeyStage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing oneach individual childs learning targets encouraging their strengthsand improving their weaknesses
Furtherdeveloping maths ability and introducing fractions statistics andgeometry
Help children develop their writingability by creating plots characters and settings forstories.
Keeping track of childrens progress andoccasionally reporting back to parents
Create apositive learning environment that is both safe and conducive forlearning
Collaborate with school managementteaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support forYear 5students.
Year5 Teacher requirements:
Bachelorsdegree or above in Education or related field.
Teaching qualification and QTS.
At least 2 yearsof experience in teaching Year 5 students.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizationalskills.
Passion for working with children and acommitment to providing highquality education.
Ability to create and present engaging and interactive lessonplans.
Ability to work collaboratively withother teachers and schoolstaff.
