We are recruiting for a Reinsurance Purchaser, a person with good technical Reinsurance knowledge, Reinsurance purchasing process background who understands risk appetite.

This can come from Analyst/Purchase team background, a person specifically seeking to develop into a dedicated Reinsurance Purchaser role.

• Hybrid workingThe role will be to secure coverage, manage programmes and relationships for allocated Business portfolios.

Placement of outwards Reinsurance (both XoL and Proportional)Analysis and review of prospective Reinsurance, evaluating portfolio risks and exposuresReview and agreement of placing slipsMaintaining good reinsurer and broker relationshipsProduction of reinsurance renewal information / exhibitsReview of underlying data for risk assessment and portfolio optimisationAccount analysisProvide information in order to respond to Reinsurer queries
