    Lead Developer

    • 3-6 month contract outside IR35
    • £600 per day
    • Immediate start (Monday 8th)
    • Camden office (2 days per week)

    An early stage AI company are going through a huge hiring around. Until they recruit their CTO and Python Developer they need a Lead Developer to bridge that gap. You will need to know Python and lead other engineers.

    • API Design and Collaboration
    • FastAPI Server Development and Deployment
    • Authentication and Security
    • Integration with LLMs
    • Logging and Monitoring
    • Testing
    • Upgrades and maintenance
    • Documentation
    • Recruitment

    Necessary Experience:

    • Strong expertise in Python, asynchronous programming, and FastAPI. Knowledge of serverless architecture, specifically AWS Lambdas.
    • End-to-End Software Delivery
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire small engineering teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
