Description

Our client a family run company in Marlow are seeking a
French speaking Customer Service Administrator this is a minimum 4-month contract.

Immediate start 4th January 2023.


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily contact with existing customers
  • Generating enquiries from customer contact calls
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Updating contact details on customer database
  • Managing enquiries/quotes
  • Ensuring products are delivered on time to customers
  • Meeting/surpassing minimum levels of customer contact and enquiry levels
  • Customer liaison regarding order process and delivery
  • Liaison with other departments as required

Essential Criteria

  • Fluent in French
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated with ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management
