- The Fleet Service Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of all vehicles and coordinating emergency repairs when needed. They will collaborate with our mechanical and bespoke engineering teams to ensure the efficient operation of the workshop by managing bookings, obtaining authorizations for significant works, raising purchase orders, and serving as the main point of contact for inquiries while overseeing our extensive fleet of OB vehicles.
- Monitor emails, fault reports, and defect reporting channels to ensure prompt handling of work requests and timely identification of urgent matters.
- Assist in coordinating the timely procurement of service items across different disciplines within the team.
- Establish and maintain a technical library/information repository to facilitate future procurement processes.
