TrainWithUs is a remote shared service team for compliance training that operates across all divisions within M Group Services.

We specialise in maintaining key learning management systems for the Group and arranging any training and development needs required for our contracts.

Who you are?


As a Training Administrator within the TrainWithUs team, you will provide administrative support to the Training Coordinators and work within a customer-focused environment, effectively responding to queries and administrative demands.

As the Training Administrator, you'll get the opportunity to:

  • Maintaining employee training records and course outcomes within the LMS.
  • Issuing system logins to end users and aid when required.
  • Maintaining the online training calendar by liaising with external providers to determine course outcomes and approving payments.
  • To act as a first point of call for all queries received via phone call.
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties as required

  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide first class customer service to our customers.
  • Be able to learn and understand new IT systems.
  • Be forward thinking, looking for new and innovative ways to improve our services and processes.
  • Be able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs.
  • Have a willingness to ask questions to gain knowledge, improve performance and develop own skills
