What does this role involve?

Based within the Business Change department the Business Analyst role involves improving processes, products, services, and software.

It also includes establishing and demonstrating best practice within the business analysis function.

Working with our service provider and key stakeholders you will help refine requirements, translate these into user stories and support the business throughout the project life cycle.

Who are we looking for?

Your experience in mapping processes, performing analysis, and capturing end to end requirements, will be central to the success of this role.

Your ability to understand, translate and document stakeholder requirements into user stories, will allow the business to make the best decisions possible.

Your excellent communication and stakeholder skills will shine through, allowing you to fully gain an understanding of the needs of the business and translate these into workable options and development paths.

This role will allow you to make use of any energy / utilities industry knowledge and experience you may have.
