We are proud to be supporting a fantastic Mainstream Primary School in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire which is looking to appoint an experienced SEN Tutor to work 3 afternoons a week.

The SEN Tutor will be working with a Year 6 Boy who has ASD & very limitedcommunication skills in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire.

The successful SEN Tutor must be commutable to Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. The SEN Tutor must also have a nurturing approach and have experience in educating young people with Complex Needs.


SEN Tutor Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver bespoke education for a Year 6 Boy who has ASD & very limited communication skills.
  • Experience in dealing with Autism & Limited communication skills.
  • Identifying clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes. Sharing these with the learner and assessing the impact and effectiveness.
  • Work in partnership with, peers, parents, and carers to ensure the best possible platform is given.

SEN Tutor Requirements:


  • Be committed to striving for the best outcome for the young student you work with.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience.
  • Supporting young people with complex needs.
  • Approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with learners with Complex Needs
  • Available Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 12:00 15:30
