Description
Our retail client is looking for an HR Adminstrator to work as part of the Human Resources team.


You'll be providing high quality service to individuals (managers and employees), ensuring that policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently and providing an effective and efficient output of work to meet the demands of the role, assistingin all aspects of the work undertaken by Human Resources.


You'll need to be willing to work on multiple tasks and each day will never be the same, meaning you must be self-sufficient - able to go off and do a task independently.


The role includes:

  • On boarding, reports, recruitment, lifecycle.
  • High volumes of queries.
  • Time management/diary management.
As an HR Administrator, you'll require skills such as:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and structure work to meet deadlines
  • IT literacy
  • Excel; able to collate and present data using Advanced Excel
  • PowerPoint; able to create presentations
  • Word; able to produce accurate documents using standard templates
