Description

As associate Director of Therapies within our Learning Disabilities Division, you will be responsible for the professional leadership of all therapists within the Division.

You will also be contributing to the overall divisional operational leadership, as well as providing expert clinical advice.


We are passionate about people and deliver person centred and relationship centred care through an extensive range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Our Learning Disability Services offer a range of services to people in Surrey, North East Hampshire and Croydon including Community Learning Disabilities Services, day opportunity services, registered residential care homes and integrated intensive support services to people with Learning Disabilities, as well as our Adult neurodevelopmental assessment and FASD service.

Psychologists and therapists have embraced multi-disciplinary working including PBS, dementia, autism and other pathways.

We are a values led team and our staff are passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and are continually developing and implementing different approaches to meet peoples needs.

We encourage people to be involved in development, audit and research, and as a group have an excellent track record of developing new assessment materials, resources and approaches to support working with people with learning disabilities.
