    The Location

    The Hotel

    St Brides Spa Hotel is the first destination spa hotel in Wales. It sits in a commanding position on a clifftop with stunning views over the village, harbour, beach and coastline. The Hotel offers individually styled, luxurious bedrooms and contemporary restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The Spa and Hotel have won many awards over the years including the best hotel in Wales.

    The Restaurant

    Our AA rosette Cliff restaurant and Gallery bar have dramatic views across the bay and offer our guests the finest Pembrokeshire produce for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

    The Kitchen

    Our Kitchen is spacious with all the latest equipment including induction cooking ranges that make creating dishes a pleasure, keeping temperatures down in the kitchen and making closedown easy.

    The Team

    We have a young, dynamic kitchen and restaurant team, passionate about working closely together to deliver an exceptional meal experience.

    The Main Responsibilities & Key Tasks

    • Taking responsibility for your section in the kitchen
    • Working under direction and supervision of the Head Chef, Sous Chef & Chef De Parties
    • Ensuring planning and preparation for service is completed in your section
    • Preparing dishes to the highest quality and standards
    • Complying with all relevant Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
    • Supporting the Kitchen Porters

    Person Specification

    • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
    • Ability to cope under pressure
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good team player, flexible and enthusiastic
    • Passion for food
    • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety processes and procedures
    • Sense of humour
