- Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys.
- Carry out analytical duties in compliance with HSG248, including air monitoring and 4-stage clearances.
- Accurately record data and sample information using company software and tools.
- Ensure timely submission of samples to the laboratory and communicate results to clients.
- Utilise and manage surveying and analytical software proficiently.
- Must hold P403 and P404 qualifications or equivalent.
- At least one year of qualified experience in asbestos surveying and/or analysis.
- Full UK driver's licence
- Proficiency with tech tools, as tech-savviness is essential for the role.
- A fully expensed company vehicle or vehicle allowance with a fuel card.
- 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off after 5 years of service.

Job Description: This dual role combines the responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst and Asbestos Surveyor, providing a unique opportunity for professionals to apply their skills across a broad range of activities. You will conduct thorough asbestos surveys and analyses in various settings, primarily commercial, to ensure safety and compliance with environmental standards.

Location: This role requires regular travel to various commercial sites across the UK, with a primary focus on the Southeast, including London, Essex, and Kent.
Working Hours: This full-time role operates Monday to Friday on standard commercial hours, under a 40-hour weekly permanent contract. Overtime opportunities are available for those interested in additional hours.
