    I am pleased to be partnering with a high growth Technology organisation focusing on Open Source Cloud Telecommunications. The Network Engineer will be responsible for Cisco & Juniper Routers and Switches & Azure Networking. This position is Configuration and Project focused - Fully Remote.

    Description

    The Network Engineer on a day to day basis will be responsible for:

    • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Ensure support activities are delivered against agreed measures & SLAs.
    • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Provide hands-on technical support frequently (Maintenance, troubleshooting, deployments)
    • Ensure Infrastructure and Systems are documented, Secured and scalable
    • Proactively monitor system logs and behaviour
    • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and share this knowledge with the team.

    Profile

    The successful Network Engineer should have:

    • A proven track record in a Network or Infrastructure engineering role.
    • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, M365), Networking (Cisco Switches, Juniper Routers) Telephony (SBC) and Virtual Server Architecture.
    • Understanding of Voice Protocols and routing
    • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and ITIL Framework
    • Cisco CCNA (or similar)

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of Dialogic or Ribbon SBC
    • Certifications in Azure AZ-104
    • Teams Admin MS700 (or Similar)
    • Cisco CCNA (or similar)
    • Linux Admin (Centos, Ubuntu)
