    Talent Acquisition Lead

    Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

    Location: Manchester or Leeds - Hybrid

    Elevation HR are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to help our client attract, engage, and retain top engineering talent as they continue to grow and innovate.

    As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional engineering professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the talent needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the engineering team and contribute to their ongoing success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • source and attract top engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
    • and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
    • with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate evaluation methods, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our recruitment efforts and employer brand.

    What we are looking for:

    • experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting engineering professionals.
    • of successfully leading & coaching a high performing recruitment team.
    • of developing strategic workforce planning to support future pipelining activity.
    • interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
    • organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.

    • Educated or equivalent
    • Level AB qualification or equivalent psychometric experience.
