    2nd Line Support Engineer

    Are you a 2nd line Support Engineer looking for a new opportunity?

    IntaPeople are working with a leading tech company looking to grow their team with an experienced 2nd line Support Engineer on a permanent basis. As a 2nd line Support Engineer, you will provide remote support via electronic tickets, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as well as taking ownership of customer issues to resolution providing technical support via email, telephone and remote-control sessions.

    You would be joining a team of 11 other engineers who are a supportive, welcoming and collaborative with some strong experience behind them. As a 2nd line support engineer each day would be different from resolving system outages, resetting passwords and ensuring a seamless process for colleagues and customers.

    The role:

  • Working in a team ensuring all tickets are resolved.
  • Taking any inbound calls from clients as and when required.
  • Prioritising and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Providing remote support via electronic tickets raised by colleagues and customers.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Providing high standard communication to clients.
  • Intune administration.
  • Taking full ownership of customer issues to resolution providing strong customer service.
  • The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in an IT support environment.
  • O365 Administration such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Security and Compliance.
  • Experience with Windows and MAC Desktop.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Microsoft Intune.
  • Understanding of basic Firewalls & switches.
  • Strong communication skills.
