Due to rapid growth plans I'm recruiting for a Production Manager to play a key role in effectively managing complex processes without compromising on product quality

Develop detailed production plans and schedules
Supplier management
Quality control - implement and oversee quality control measures
Cost management - monitor production budgets
Oversee materials inventory levels
Pro-actively address and resolve any development and production issues
Ensure production processes comply with industry regulations and standards whilst being aligned with the business's sustainability goals
Lead a team of production staff

A highly experience Production Manager with experience with deep knowledge of garment manufacturing ideally from another fashion brand or retailer
People management experience - providing direction and mentoring junior members of the team throughout their career path

Candidates must possess the correct full "right to work in the UK" status and be based or willing to live in close proximity of the head office in Derbyshire.
