Credit Control and Customer Services Assistant - Blackpool, United Kingdom - Guest Services Worldwide Ltd.
Description
The role will entail normal credit control implementation along with assisting with the debt escalation process through to debt management companies and use of the legal system.
General Duties:
- To familiarise one's self with all collection's procedures ensuring that these are followed.
- Manage debts by building strong working relationships to ensure effective and timely collection of debts by ensuring clients pay within their agreed payment terms.
- Discuss and resolve any contract cancellation requests.
- Recording and maintaining a client database using the companies CRM of contacts, addresses, payment terms and statuses.
- Negotiating and implementing repayment plans.
- Be available for flexible working shifts.

- Confidence and the ability to place pressure tactfully on individuals and companies having defaulted on pre agreed credit terms.
- The ability to successfully negotiate payment plans in line with company expectations.

- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Must work well as part of a team.
Job Type:
Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£20,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
