    *Summary of the Role*The Education and Skills Planner will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient and effective planning of the company's education and skills resources and staff. We are a leading independent training provider, specialising in commercial scaffolding and roofing training and Level 2 Scaffolder and Roofer Apprenticeships.*Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate and plan the movement of Learner and Construction Skills coaches to ensure timely learner reviews/contact is being undertaken. Contact learners and employers to schedule reviews or contact, ensuring that any instances of non-contact are promptly reported to the apprenticeship manager. Organise all schedules for Learner and Skills Coaches, ensuring alignment with specific locations and capturing feedback from learners and employers within the same geographical location. Generate comprehensive reports on pending reviews, categorising them by the responsible skills or learner coach, detailing outstanding reviews, and identifying remaining actions required. Plan and schedule CORE training for the business in accordance, with the requirements set by the awarding body, ensuring alignment and adherence to their standards. Plan and schedule Instructor shadowing sessions to promote their timely progression and development. Develop and assess current and past schedules, with particular attention to planning and scheduling courses that optimise cost-effectiveness for the business. Produce reports detailing product availability to ensure optimisation of classroom, training floor and Instructor resource. Plan and coordinate apprentice assessment days, ensuring staff availability. Plan and coordinate end point assessments (EPA). Organise SIMIAN open days and events, ensuring the availability of guest speakers, staff, and necessary resources. Provide support in planning a seamless learner journey, guaranteeing regular communication from Skills and Learner coaches, all of which is prearranged in accordance with the schedule. Provide updated schedules weekly to the skills and learner coaches.
