- Review existing QA processes and create/improve these processes making sure they are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the Compliance of all Software Deliverables and Products.
- Monitor the business' risk management, governance and internal control processes and ensure everything is compliant and effectively operating
- Conduct thorough IT audits of their products, procedures and application
- Insurance background (not necessary but beneficial)
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and practises (such as ISO, CMMI, ITIL)
- Strong analytical and critical analysis skills
- Understanding and working knowledge of industry procedures within an IT management background
- Strong communication skills

IT Audit & Compliance manager - Permanent - Essex - Insurance - Hybrid - £80,000 - £100,000
An Insurance software provider is looking for a IT Audit & Compliance Manager to join them on a permanent basis to assist them in the review and enhancement of Quality Assurance processes across their suite of products.
You would be directly reporting to the Group Operations Director and you will be overseeing and guiding the end to end testing processes to ensure consistent compliance to industry regulations and adherence to SDLC testing strategies and standard and regulatory guidelines of their products and applications. You will be engaging with various stakeholders within the organization building strong relationships in order to identify areas for improvement using your experience of correct industry practises.
