HR Advisor - 2 days in the office

£26,000

Doncaster

Full-time (37.5hrs) and permanent


We are currently supporting a fantastic non-for-profit organisation in Doncaster who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team.

This is a full time (37.5hrs) and permanent role offering a salary of £26,000. You will work from home 3 days per week, and be required in the office 2 days per week.


The purpose of this role is to provide a fantastic HR service across the group of circa 350 employees, working closely with the HR Manager.


The Role:


  • Main point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers
  • Manage any ER cases, escalating complex cases to the HR Manager
  • Compliance management
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with any HR projects
  • Keep up to date with employment law and legislation

Requirements:


  • CIPD qualified
  • HR Advisory experience
  • Good employee relations experience
  • Good employment law knowledge
