We are currently partnering with a fantastic education provision in Bradford who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity.

This is a full time role (37hrs) offering a salary between £34,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience.

You will have the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week, with occasional travel to local sites when required.

You will report into the HRBP and take ownership on all advisory duties for the provision of 750 employees.

You will advise on disciplinaries, grievances, absences and more.

There is also a requirement with this role to support with HR projects and take ownership on initiatives such as employee engagement.

You will regularly interact and support the senior leadership team, and work in an fast-paced ever-changing environment.

This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor with some education (or transferable) experience, with a passion for HR and providing an outstanding HR service.

The HR Advisor will be CIPD qualified or have equal experience, and have extensive experience manages ER cases from start to finish.

They will have strong employment law knowledge and thrive in a fast paced setting.
