We are supporting a fast growing reputable company based in Preston looking for a experienced HR Advisor to join their HR Team.

This role will be office based due to nature of the role and cases but team is all in together and the role has free on site parking.

You will work within a busy HR team which is predominantly based in Preston.

The team provide HR services to all Company divisions, which includes retail, wholesale, transport and food production and manufacturing, covering sites across the North of England.

The role:

Manage all ER cases which include disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
Support and coach managers on all ER matters
Review, develop and implement policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Endtoend recruitment process management
Manage the onboarding process
Keep up to date with relevant employment law
Involved in HR project and developmental work throughout the business.

Requirements:

Level 5 CIPD
A demonstrable background in generalist employee relations
An understanding of TUPE processes would be desirable.
Full UK driving licence
A willingness to travel to stores across the northwest and northeast of England as and when required (including overnight stays)
