Brand Manager
£35k-£40k| Permanent| Lichfield

The Role

Support the Head of Marketing on brand activation that directly engages with the consumer to drive awareness and propensity to purchase, carrying this through to in-store communication by working closely with the Category and Sales teams.

Assist in the developmentand execution of media support for the brand and the CSR support pillar to build brand relevance.

Act as a brand champion for the company, giving it a focal point in the business and unlocking market growth.

Lead the quality agenda for the brand.

Specific Responsibilities

Assist in the development of the company, advertising creative and media plan
Develop and execute an onpack promotion activity through to instore communication
Support and develop a CSR partnership identifying a three year plan for the brand
Lead Brand quality tracking and identified actions via Campden reporting
Marketing budget management and tracking

KPIS include:

Meet the financial objectives set out in the sales budget
Meet the brand tracking performance goals
Deliver set projects on time to budget and to a high standard
Develop independent relationships with key agencies and group colleagues

The Person

Marketing experience within FMCG, ideally food & drink
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience of managing projects from concept development through to execution
The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Effective communicator
Creative thinking to help bring ideas to life
