- Preparation and posting of journals and Invoices into Sage and Xero
- Production of balance sheet reconciliations

- Assisting with any duties reasonably expected in Finance to cover holidays/sickness – for instance, checking sales invoices

The IMA-HOME Finance team is a core function in the inner workings of the agency set up. We provide specialist services and advice across the business, supporting internally and externally.
Summary of the role
As an Assistant Accountant you will support the Financial Controller and assist in the thorough analysis of all ledgers and control accounts. You will drive forward the necessary transactions required within the accounting systems in order to allow the timely and accurate completion of monthly management accounts by the wider Finance team.
