- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant artistic field (e.g., Fine Arts, Visual Arts Education).
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development across different age groups.
- Passion for fostering creativity and artistic expression in children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
