    About usLibresoft Ltd is a family-run software company based in Winchester, Hampshire. We largely work in the education sector providing beautiful tools for schools, helping staff and students to achieve more.
    About the roleWith growing demand for our software we have a vacancy within our customer success team. This is the first point of call for both new and existing customers to make enquiries. Enquiries can range from a new customer asking about pricing to an existing customer trying to pay an invoice or running into trouble with their software.
    There will be further opportunities to develop as experience with our software and processes grows.
    Key Responsibilities;
    • Answering existing customer phone calls and emails.
    • Answering phone calls and email queries from new leads.
    • Virtual demonstrations of software to new leads.
    • Customer on-boarding.
    • Follow up and support after on-boarding.
    • Preparing, sending and recording documentation.
    • Processing payments and intended payments.
    • Attending in person events.

    This role requires;

    • A desire to grow the business.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
