    The Product team is currently looking for a skilled individual to grow with the organization, managing stakeholders across verticals and setting up the right priorities for delivering on both short- and long-term initiatives.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, this person will provide leadership, define the solution that will enable HICX to best serve new and existing customers by creating best-in-class solutions.

    This person will support the global product roadmap in the form of both running multiple initiatives across verticals to deliver different facets of the product and analyzing the data in the system to provide HICX leadership with key insights on how to improve the product and deliver value to our customers.

    What we need

    From an application management perspective, this role will work closely with technical resources to further enhance our speed of delivery. This will include interacting with stakeholders to identify enhancements, prioritizing enhancements/work streams, managing changes in the tool, and managing the business rules for the tool. HICX leadership will look to this individual as the owner of the application.

    Regarding the analysis aspect of this position, this is a critical role that will leverage usage analytics and data analysis to target areas of product enhancement opportunities. The opportunities and insights discovered will be shared with executive leadership to help drive the broader Northstar vision.

    Position Overview

    • Assist in the development and execution of product roadmap strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. Manage product road maps and releases.
    • Translate product strategy into detailed use cases, business cases and technical requirements for prototyping and final development with all the teams involved.
    • Turn requirements into the artefacts that the development team needs to deliver new features (e.g. user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows).
    • Assist in user testing and feedback collection (QA) to validate product features and iterate on improvements.
    • Provide documentation and train stakeholders how to use new features effectively.
    • Launch, test and fine-tune new products and features quickly; provide post-product support to ensure product adoption, and gather feedback
    • Contribute to the troubleshooting of production issues with strong technical skills.
    Requirements

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, management, or related discipline experience
    • 4+ years of software-related experience from a previous role in IT, sales, product support, or product management. Specifically, the candidate should have proven experience in delivering through Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in B2B SaaS ecosystem with hands-on experience in creating and managing the product backlog and working with technical teams to prioritize and deliver at speed.
    • The ability to take customer needs and translate them to solution requirements that can be used by product teams for development is required.
    • Proven ability to execute an end-to-end solution lifecycle.
    • An excellent communicator and builds strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.
    • Work with the development team on User Interface (UI) design/validation, sprint reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Good level of understanding of the procurement and sourcing process, tools, and its ecosystem of solution providers and its implementation within a company's work process and systems
    • The candidate must be a self-starter and product champion.
    • Quick learner that has a high degree of intellectual curiosity with an affinity and aptitude for problem-solving
    • Experience in managing large, complex programs/projects that have a significant impact.
    • Ability to think creatively and to work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
    • Equally capable and comfortable with both directing the focus of a project and performing the detailed work needed to accomplish goals.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation.
