    The Publicity Coordinator will work as part of the newly established UK + EMEA Film PR team, based in London with a degree of international travel required.

    The role will report to the Senior Manager / Pod Lead and will work closely with the pod's Manager and Specialist.

    Together, the team is changing the perception of Netflix films and how they should be enjoyed and celebrated, both externally with consumers and within the industry amongst filmmaking talent.

    The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the publicity team working on the Netflix scripted and documentary film slate, including both our UK and global titles that span across all genres.

    The UK + EMEA Film PR team is responsible for formulating and implementing strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and executing impactful campaigns in the UK and Ireland.

    In this expansive role you will provide a critical link working with local country teams across EMEA, and globally, in promoting film content on the service as well as delivering innovative, culturally relevant and creative publicity campaigns in the UK.

    Leading on talent logistics such as booking travel and negotiating glam; supporting junket, premiere, press day and film festivals activity
    Assisting with meeting schedules and facilitation, including help putting together presentations and coordinating audiovisual needs
    Liaising with various external stakeholders such as global PR agencies, press, talent reps, plus internal executives and country publicists
    servicing assets
    Able to anticipate potential problems and knows when to ask for help
    Able to pivot and adapt to shifting priorities without missing a beat
    A basic understanding of the UK & EMEA media landscape
    Additional European languages a plus
