AFTERSALES ADVISOR- YEOMANS HONDA GUILDFORD


We are currently looking for a highly motivated Aftersales Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Honda in Guildford.

This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment.

With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Processing bookings through the internal Link IT system
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
  • Main role is carrying out outbound calls for service and MOT bookings.
  • Covering for Service advisors when on annual leave etc.
  • Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments
  • Ability to meet manufacturers' customer satisfaction standards.
Ideally, you will have experience of the Service Advisor/Admin role.

As a minimum, you will need to have worked in a customer facing role, with a strong commitment to good customer service.

Kerridge and Honda experience preferred but not essential. Ongoing training will be provided.
