    Description

    Role Description:

    The Jr. Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Manager of Global Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting the Sales Organization and driving continuous improvement in productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.

    The analyst will work directly with Sales Account Executives, Territory Channel Managers and Inside Sales to facilitate and drive operational reviews of the sales environment, forecast & pipeline metrics, and data health. Additional duties include assisting in data analysis and reporting for the Global Sales Organization quarterly, often liaising with management and other departments. This includes VP Sales, Industry Sales Managers, Marketing, Partners Team, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, Customer Account Management, Product Management, and the Salesforce technical team.

    The Jr. Sales Operations Analyst will provide project management focused duties supporting sales efforts in driving corporate strategic initiatives alongside assigned operational projects.

    Responsibilities:

  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales and marketing teams
  • Report and analyze revenues and revenue-related metrics to assist management in making sound decisions
  • Serve as key contact person for salespeople and territory managers regarding sales and activity performance
  • Contribute to weekly sessions with sales leadership focused on metrics and sales process insights
  • Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to non-technical audience
  • Lead data cleanup & hygiene initiatives within the SFDC environment such as redundant report and dashboard removal and sorting, opportunity team mappings, and account/contact redistribution
  • Provide marketing operations support such as email distributions, collateral, and promotional inventory management
  • Work with Salespeople to provide insight into activity, lead flows, pipeline, account ownership
  • Coordinate and manage administrative documentation necessary to facilitate sales activities and alignments
  • Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science, or comparable experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years sales/revenue operations or business analyst experience
  • & Qlik BI experience highly preferred, including report development
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills – someone who can multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to see the larger picture
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Experience with MS-Office suite – focus on Excel and PowerPoint
