I'm currently working with a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) established in the 1980s with an annual turnover between £15m-£20m. They specialise in providing technology which includes: IT Software, IT Hardware, Consumables, Consultancy and Services.
The Job Opportunity:
Our client has a highly knowledgeable, experienced, and family orientated sales team that are now hoping to build on. As an Account Manager you will be required to have a good and confident understanding of the core technology areas of IT Infrastructure whilst reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Your role will consist of generating new business and up-selling & cross-selling into existing accounts on a daily basis. After a successful probationary period, a 4-day working week model with a 100% pay would be implemented.
Our client believes this 4 day working model increases productivity and more importantly, employee happiness in the modern times; alongside this working model, there would be inactive/dormant accounts portfolio to manage via an extensive CRM System.
