The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and growing business in the South of Leicester.

Due to business demand, our client is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team on a full-time permanent basis.


As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact to handle any enquiries across the customer service department.


Your daily responsibilities could include the below:

  • To act as first point of contact for answering incoming calls.
  • To Log & Coordinate all customer enquiries.
  • To handle all customer enquiries within a timely manor.
  • Making Quotations using the internal system, ensuring all documentation is in place.
  • To ensure excellent communication between customer and the business following up quotations and maintaining accurate feedback on the quotation system.
  • Provide Administration support throughout the introduction of new projects liaising between different internal departments.


The successful Sales Administrator will need to have previous experience within a customer facing position either face to face or office based.

You will need to have strong listening and communication skills to be able to build report with each individual customer and resolve any issues or escalations efficiently and effectively.

You will be adaptable and able to prioritise your workload within fast paced and ever-changing workload/environment.


In return you will be offered an attractive salary of £22,000-£25,000 and have the opportunity to really progress your career internally.
