What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.

Key Duties:

To support the existing team through a period of change, reporting into the interim Maintenance manager LBB are looking for an experienced electrically biased building Maintenance officer to support the organisation on an interim basis to deliver the reactive and PPM function of the facilities service currently delivered by a third-party provider.

Also, to assist with the implementation of new process and procedures.

This encompasses hard services, building fabric and fire and security systems. This will be delivered via outsourced service providers and a small in-house team.

The person will be able to demonstrate experience in an operational role in a public sector organisation delivering operational to a diverse multi-site portfolio, this can be either direct or as a contractor.

Whilst this is a mechanical biased role with the person holding electrical qualification and the must able to demonstrate a sound understanding of Mechanical systems systems and building fabric.

Salary:
£199.60-£250.00 per day
