This is a superb opportunity to join Partner Damian Hodkinson, who acts as a professional deputy for people who have lost capacity to manage their financial affairs.
The successful candidate will receive instruction from the deputy to support with, providing services to manage the property and affairs of individuals who have lost capacity due to either serious illnesses as a result of, for example road traffic accidents and injuries at birth or elderly clients who for example have developed illnesses such as dementia.
Whilst Irwin Mitchell has a number of central leads from other departments, you may also get involved in business development opportunities, including converting warm leads into new business.
