Rate:
£26 per hour

Contract Duration: 4 months


Are you an experienced Resourcing Advisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity in Southwark? We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team on a temporary basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their resourcing needs and provide guidance on best practices.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Reporting: Produce regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Resourcing Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the endtoend recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices.
