About The Role:
This role plays a key part in the success of the Company achieving their overall profit targets.
The role holder will be an experienced Sales Consultant who is motivated by targets and is able to use initiative and build strong relationships to achieve sales for their Region.
The role holder will be able to create an environment where the Company's customers feel special and valued.
The role holder will be confident and competent in the use of the CRM system, recognising the importance the system plays in the achievement of sales.
The role holder will always ensure excellent presentation of the development along with understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process.
The role holder will be expected to attend regular sales meetings as called by the Sales Manager or Sales & Marketing Director and contribute to the group discussions to ensure sales targets are met (at least once per quarter).
You will play an active role in the regional sales and marketing policing of, and compliance with, legislation in the field such as:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) helping to ensure that our customer's data is treated with the respect and diligence it always requires.
- The Consumer Protection Act, promoting our products and services in a fair and compliant manner
About You:
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of, and competent in the use of, Microsoft Office products
- Understand the sales process building rapport, qualifying, demonstrating features and benefits, telephone skills, overcoming objections, closing the sale
- Competent in use of appropriate language in sales process
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and changes
- Understand the importance of Health and Safety and adhere to H&S procedures
- Understand and adhere to all relevant legislation (e.g. DPA, PMA etc.)
- Understand and comply with the consumer code
- Understand the legal implications through the buying process
- Understand and comply with the antimoney laundering paperwork
- Know the role of the IFA and how to manage this process
- Be aware of Trading Standards and how this has an impact on your role
- Understand and use the interrelationship of marketing to sales
- Demonstrate understanding of their role in plot progression, including an ability to influence

Experience
- Previous branded sales experience in a new homes, retail, hospitality, or similar targetdriven environment
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience of working under governance and following process
- Proven track record of sales and experience in (via letters of recommendation, customer referral scores). Demonstrable record of delivering high levels of customer service
