Working via a mixture of office, remote and home working (two days in the office, three days working from home) you will be managing a varied ASB caseload, including the most serious and complex cases.
With this in mind, experience of managing ASB cases within a Housing environment is preferred.Working with well-established policies and processes, we're looking for someone who can build great relationships with customers, colleagues, community stakeholders and partner agencies, using all available tools to bring cases to a swift and successful conclusion.
Our ideal candidate has experience in preparing legal notices, formal witness statements and proportionality assessments, you will have the confidence and competence to represent Paradigm in court and get successful outcomes for our communities.
While we are looking for someone with specific housing sector experience in managing and resolving anti-social behaviour cases, we do have a comprehensive personal and professional development suite available to all our employees.
