Field Service Engineer - Liverpool, Merseyside
£32,000 - £40,000 per annum - Depending upon experience + Pension + Healthcare
Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

The opportunity:

We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual, who will be part of a busy engineering to support the smooth running of a set of fast paced manufacturing sites across Liverpool and Merseyside.

Job description:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your role will be to support the maintenance and repair of manufacturing lines and equipment to minimise downtime and maximise operating effectiveness and efficiency.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Your routine duties may vary, but will be expected to:

Completion of all routine maintenance, in line with the agreed site plan;
Repair and maintenance of the plants and its equipment, to ensure faults are identified quickly and production downtime is minimised;
Maintaining communication with multiple sites;
Accurate recording of all work undertaken for compliance and audit purposes;
Ensuring all duties are undertaken in line with current health & safety legislation.

Skills and experience:

An experienced multiskilled engineer and be familiar with pneumatics, electronics (desired)
Proven track record within a fastpaced production environment;
Proactive and cando attitude;
Flexible approach to working hours is essential
