Responsibilities

  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
  • Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
  • Translate technical specifications into clear nontechnical requirements
  • Manage the setup and configuration of systems
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
  • Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of finance systems to meet the business and user needs
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance

Key Skills & Experience

  • Post qualified (ACCA, or CA) individual with a strong academic record
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with entity reporting frameworks (e.g. IFRS)
  • Experience in delivering projects and functionality utilising the suite of Workday Financials products including:
  • Core Financials Procurement Supplier Accounts Customer Accounts Business Assets & Projects Adaptive Planning
  • Strong Microsoft Power BI and Excel skills
  • Some supervisory experience and can demonstrate the ability to support and enable a team through change
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skill
