Description
Responsibilities
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
- Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Translate technical specifications into clear nontechnical requirements
- Manage the setup and configuration of systems
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of finance systems to meet the business and user needs
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Key Skills & Experience
- Post qualified (ACCA, or CA) individual with a strong academic record
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with entity reporting frameworks (e.g. IFRS)
- Experience in delivering projects and functionality utilising the suite of Workday Financials products including:
- Core Financials Procurement Supplier Accounts Customer Accounts Business Assets & Projects Adaptive Planning
- Strong Microsoft Power BI and Excel skills
- Some supervisory experience and can demonstrate the ability to support and enable a team through change
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skill
