Overview of Financial Assessment andMonitoring Officer:
" The post holder is responsible for handling the client accounts. They will foster the relationship between the Local Authority, the client, and providers. These roles liaise frequently with the clients to support their well-being and understanding of the Adult Social Care (ASC) process.
" The Financial Assessment and Monitoring Officer (FAM) regular duties will include responsibility to sign post to the formal complaints process and advocacy support.
" Must have a driving license and a car.
