    The Role:
    As a Director of M&A, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives and lead efforts to identify and execute key acquisitions. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive growth and expand the market presence.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth through acquisitions Identify and evaluate attractive investment opportunities in the manufacturing sector Working on multiple deals per year in the £50-150m value range.

    Manage the end-to-end M&A process, from target identification to integration Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership Develop financial models and conduct due diligence to assess potential acquisitions

    Ideal Candidate:
    A proven track record of success in M&A within the manufacturing sector. Specific manufacturing market knowledge in the Spectroscopy, Photonics, Sterilisation, Sensor, and Soil Analysis markets would be highly desirable.
