    Chief Executive Officer (CEO), London

    £400,000 plus bonus

    Would you like to lead a team with the mission to change the face of an iconic venue and make a lasting impact on London's cultural landscape?

    If you are an experienced CEO with experience in multi-million-pound mixed-use development projects and want to be part of a legacy within the capital, this is the role for you.

    You will be working for a well-known cultural landmark based in London. The venue is already established and will further become a prominent destination and a worldwide platform.

    They are now looking to appoint CEO who will operate at the executive management level, reporting directly to the Executive Board of Directors and business owner.

    In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing all aspects of the development company. This includes defining the company's strategic direction, monitoring overall performance, and overseeing individual project performance.

    What you will be doing:

    • Serve as the bridge between the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, providing necessary information for their roles.
    • Offer guidance and authorization to the Executive Management Team for major plans and procedures within established policies.
    • Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, and policies to enhance market share, profitability, and return on investment.
    • Conduct regular strategic performance reviews to ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives.
    • Develop integrated business plans with the Executive Management Team to optimize market share and profitability.
    • Establish high-level goals for departments and monitor their progress closely.
    • Review company performance against objectives and take corrective measures as needed.
    • Maintain effective communication throughout the company to clarify responsibilities and accountabilities.
    • Periodically assess and recommend improvements for the Executive Management Team's performance.
    • Promote the company's direction, business performance, brand internal climate, and talent development.
    • Act as the primary representative of the company in dealings with major stakeholders.
    • Ensure an effective organizational structure and foster a positive internal climate for management development.
    • Delegate responsibilities as necessary for smooth company operations.
    • Conduct annual performance appraisals for executives and recommend appropriate actions.
    • Ensure adherence to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
    • Recruit, develop, manage, and motivate executives and employees.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive executive-level management experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles in development
    • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in the Real Estate Industry
    • Experience in largescale mixed-use developments is essential
    • Strong leadership qualities, visionary mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Political awareness, financial acumen, self-initiative, cross-cultural sensitivity, and teamwork.
    • Ability to identify, develop, and motivate management talent to meet company objectives.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
    • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
    • Knowledge of London's cultural landscape
