Description
We provide specialty coffee, both filter and espresso-based, delicious breakfasts and freshly prepared lunches within an office environment.

Our aim is to provide a social hub within the office for colleagues to meet up, share ideas, and enjoy great coffee.

We work with our sister company, Small Batch, to provide a seasonally changing menu of coffee beans.


We are a high volume coffee shop, preparing up to 400 coffees per day on our brand new E65 GBWs and La Marzocco FB80.


We are searching for an experienced and energetic hospitality specialist who is looking for a genuine career in the Speciality Coffee Industry.

You will have a great nose for coffee and a passion for providing the highest quality in all aspects of the role.

Be an enthusiastic team player, help out in all areas of the shop whilst simultaneously ensuring the quality and consistency of every coffee or breakfast made.

UPDATED:
This is a full time role and will require you to work a Monday to Friday.


THE ROLE

  • Deliver top rate customer services at all times
  • Be a quality coffee champion
  • To make and serve espressobased and filter coffees
  • Support the Head Barista in relation to quality control
  • Support your colleagues and work in all areas of the shop
  • Contribute to the smooth daily running of the store, including maintenance and cleaning
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to demonstrate superior customer service (essential)
  • Be able to maintain coffee quality and workflow in a fastpaced environment
  • Be a skilled barista, with experience of working with multiple coffee (desirable)
  • Understand milk texturing, brew ratios and extraction and be able to produce latte art patterns (desirable)
  • Have an engaging personality to both new and regular customers
  • Have attention to detail with a cando attitude approach to work
  • Wants to build a career in the Speciality Coffee Industry
